Security Sales Manager - Full Time Position
Fitch Surveillance is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team. The successful individual must be self-motivated and driven with exceptional inter-relationship skills. Security experience is a strong asset although not a requirement. This individual will be responsible for the development of Account Managers, development of sales quotas and sales / marketing programs, to co-call with staff on prospective customers and to achieve overall sales targets. Pay structure is base salary plus bonus.

You bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a results oriented sales environment.
• At least 3 years sales management experience. Preference given to leadership experience in integrated security systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms and alarms systems.
• Knowledge of major security product lines an asset.
• Ability to communicate in a timely and effective manner.
• Excellent inter-personal relationship management and leadership skills.
