New Project
Edilcan Developments has awarded Fitch Surveillance a contract to install Integrated CCTV, Access Control, Garage Duress System, DoorGuard Electronic Directory intercom system and a Suite Security Systems for its first tower at its new MET Condominium project at Yonge and Carlton Street in Toronto. The integrated Verex system with GE/Kalatel digital video recorders will protect over 400 suites along with all parking and amenity spaces using a single key chain "fob" to perform building entry functions (both regular door and overhead doors) and to provide panic alarm functions within the parking garage.

April 2006

Advanced Design
Quadra Management Inc. has awarded the security contract for its Condominium Development at Bloor and Islington called "Kingswood on Bloor" to Fitch Surveillance. Fitch has been able to assist this client on design and security considerations of its underground visitor parking areas. Security considerations were complicated due to the location's small footprint and very close proximity to the TTC's Bloor Subway station.

March 2006

New Project
The electrical contractor for Concord Adex has awarded all security systems for its latest high rise residential project - The West One - to Fitch Surveillance Systems. In this 1200 suite condominium complex in downtown Toronto, a full CCTV system, Keyscan Access Control system, duress system and touch screen Mesh Directories with a "no-phone-line" EnterPhone backplane will be installed. This is the forth such project Concord Adex has awarded to Fitch Surveillance since their development of the Toronto Rail Lands began in 2002.

January 2006

New Development
Brandy Lane Homes has awarded Fitch Surveillance the contract to install all security systems in a two tower 316 suite condominium project in Toronto. The Loggia in lower Etobicoke will have the latest technology installed for CCTV, Access Control and Suite Security Systems.

New Project
Tridel has awarded a contract to Fitch Surveillance for an Integrated CCTV, Access Control, Garage Duress System, Mesh Touch Screen Directories with a "no-phone-line" EnterPhone backplane and Suite Security Systems for the first phase of its 2 tower NUVO Condominium Project on Dundas Street in the west end of Toronto. The integrated Verex system with GE/Kalatel digital recorders will protect 340 suites along with all Parking and amenity spaces and will expand to cover the second phase when required.
A single key chain "fob" performs building entry functions (both regular door and overhead doors). In addition the fobs provide built-in monitored panic alarm functions within the parking garage.

Facility Upgrade
A General Contractor has awarded Fitch Surveillance an order for the installation of a fully integrated Senstar Stellar monitoring and control system for a medium secure forensic ward at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto.
Two fully redundant operating systems, each capable of taking full control if the other should fail, ensure security remains tight under all conditions. The daily functioning of the ward's CCTV, Access Control, Duress System, Door Monitoring and Door Control are presented on two large graphic flat touch screens. This makes the complete facility's conditions available at a glance. All equipment is encased and installed in high-security housings to prevent damage or abuse. This is the third such system at this facility installed by Fitch.
