New Development
Fitch Surveillance recently secured the order with a development company in Toronto to provide a Verex
integrated security system to their latest development on Queen St. East.
The system consists of Access Control and CCTV throughout the underground parking and main floor
along with Elevator and Fire Alarm Monitoring.
New Location
Fitch Surveillance was awarded the contract for the CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion and Intercom Systems
along with Fire Monitoring at a new Self Storage facility on Dufferin St. in Toronto. The CCTV System
consists of GE Digital Video Recorders with internal and external Panasonic color dome cameras.
The Access Control is a Digitech system designed for Self Storage applications of this type requiring access
both onto the property and into the building.

Project Upgrade
Brookfield Property Management has awarded Fitch Surveillance the contract to upgrade all security systems
at a prestigious Forest Hill condominium. The site, consisting of two multi-residential towers and a
townhouse component, will have new Verex suite alarm panels replacing an outdated CondoPlex, a new Verex
access control system, a long range gate entry system by AWID, new Panasonic and GE cameras, GE DVRs and
a fully upgraded EnterPhone. The concierge gatehouse will be retrofitted to allow ease of use and a
reduced equipment footprint.
New Service
Fitch Surveillance now has an online Secure Storage Site.
We will use this to securely transfer sensitive data between customers and our facility that cannot
be trusted to unsecured email. Fitch Surveillance also offers this secure storage as a location
for a trusted off-site data backup. Contact Sales

New Project
A major freight logistics firm has awarded Fitch Surveillance the contract
to secure their new 500,000 sq. ft. facility in South Caledon. The project
consists of a Verex fully-integrated intrusion and Access Control System
along with fixed and Pan Tilt Zoom Panasonic and GE Cameras recorded
using GE Digital Video Recorders. The Verex System is able to monitor
this large location using a single integrated platform. Fitch has worked
very closely with the owners in securing this contract on a very tight
schedule.
Project Upgrade
The Ontario Government agency - the Toronto Central Community Care Access Centre has awarded the upgrade
and expansion of their Security services to Fitch Surveillance. The Project involves the installation of a
multi-site Keyscan Access Control to monitor and control entry to the buildings along with DSC Intrusion
and Panasonic Cameras recorded onto GE Digital Video Recorders.
February 2008
Additional Project
Edilcan Developments has awarded Fitch Surveillance the Phase 2 contract to install Integrated CCTV,
Access Control, Garage Duress System, DoorGuard Electronic Directory intercom system and a
Suite Security System for its second tower at its new MET Condominium project at Yonge and Carlton
Street in Toronto. The integrated Verex system with GE/Kalatel digital video recorders will protect
over 300 suites along with all parking and amenity spaces using a single key chain "fob"
to perform building entry functions (both regular door and overhead doors) and to provide panic alarm
functions within the parking garage.
Reconstruction Project
Intracorp awards Fitch Surveillance the Rivertowne Project, the 232-suite rebuilding of the Toronto
Community Housing Corporation Don Mount Court Phase "A" building in Toronto. This project includes
a full CCTV system with Panasonic cameras and GE digital recorders, a Keyscan Access Control system
and DoorGuard entrance Panels/Directories with a "no-phone-line" EnterPhone backplane.
Using the relatively new concept of having a mix of both rental and market units, security was an
important aspect of the owner's plan. Fitch is proud to be a long standing supplier to TCHC to all
of its properties in the GTA.

Continuing Development
PCL Constructors has awarded the next phase of Concord Adex's Condominium
Project to Fitch Surveillance Systems. This latest high rise residential
project called Luna includes all security systems for over 700 condominium
suites in downtown Toronto, a full CCTV system, Keyscan Access Control
system, duress system and touch screen Mesh Directories with a "no-phone-line"
EnterPhone backplane will be installed.
This is the sixth such project Concord Adex, through its General or Electrical Contractors, have awarded
to Fitch Surveillance since their beginning of development of the Toronto Rail Lands in 2002.
New Project
Tridel awards Fitch Surveillance the Renaissance Condominium Project, a 107-suite luxury condominium in Richmond
Hill. This exclusive project includes a full CCTV system with Panasonic cameras and GE digital recorders, a Verex
fully-integrated suite security intrusion and Access Control system, intercom duress system and touch screen Mesh
Directories with a "no-phone-line" EnterPhone backplane. A single Verex integrated platform can control
all aspects of building security. A single key chain "fob" performs building entry functions (both regular
door and overhead doors). In addition the fobs provide built-in monitored panic alarm functions within the parking
garage. The system not only helps determine where the person in duress is, but identifies the individual as well.
New Project
Mon Sheong Foundation awards Fitch Surveillance a 233-suite "Life Lease" residence in Scarborough. The
Project includes a CCTV System with GE Digital Video Recorders, a Verex fully integrated suite security and Access
Control System, along with wireless receivers for panic alarms both in the parking and floor levels. This was
important due to the personal safety of the mainly elderly inhabitants of the building. The Verex integrated platform
will control all of the Building Security with a single key chain "Fob" controlling both entry to the
building and a built-in panic alarm which, through wireless technology, is able to indentify roughly the location of
the incident.
